how could you motivate your workers?

Angel is a shift supervisor at Grupo M, the largest private employer in the Dominican Republic. The company's employees make clothes for popoular companies such as Abercrombie, Hugo Boss, etc. Angel begin working at Grupo M as a sewing machine operator and was promoted to a job as a quality control inspector. Now he manage 14 teams of machine operators,making sure that job are done on time and correctly. He says that his job is to let his employees know that they are the most important people in the factory. If they do not do their job well, the business loses customers. Grupo M defies the stereotying og garment manufactures found in mant third world countries. The company is not a sweatshop and does not employ child labor. Grupo M has earned a reputation as a remarkably progressive company. "everything that we give to our workers gets returned to us in terms if efficiency,quality & innovation.Angel are challenged to keep employees motivated & how if myself in Angel's position?

Gather everyone together first thing in the morning, pick one out and fire His or Her ass on the spot in front of everyone else, after about the third day of this production should soar! I have used this approach many times, and had phenomenal success with it!

Put all employees production numbers on a board so that they can all see where they are ranked. -Have daily meetings in the morning to address any and all concerns and EXPECTATIONS for the day. -To motivate the employees give them rewards, such as extra breaks, prizes, etc.
