how much do YOU make as an assist. retail manager?

either salary or hourly. i already know about benefits and sales incentives...that give benefits. the job i'll be working as will be 40 hrs/week...paid by wage. and i'd like to know what the range is...the store is a pricey childrens (girls) store thats almost in every mall in the country...however i dont know if i should mention names. but anyway i've been working there for a year as a sales associate and will soon be promoted to asst. manager and i'm wondering what is the going hourly rate is for asst. retail manager in major corporations...such as the limited brands...etc....if you go by salary that'd help too. i also live in new england if that helps. thank you.
