A:
A great supervisor has to be able to get along well with people, to be sympathetic to the needs of an employee, and be there for the people that are working under them. A supervisor needs to be knowledgeable of the job that employees are expected to perform. A person in a supervisory position should not favor one worker over another but treat everyone equally.
