It sounds fine... I would just make sure to format it all so it looks nice to the eye. Include the same information for each job, and I wouldn't add what your salary was in that one job. If they ask, which they probably wont, then tell them. If not, just omit that information. If they ask for salary expectations, you might give them a ballpark answer, but no specifics.

It might help to list some of the tasks you did at your current/previous jobs so they have some idea of what you are capable of. I would also make sure the formatting is good, use a very basic clean word template if you use word.
