Interview Questions For The County Of Los Angeles Oracle DBA?
Asked by Lucy E
I'd like to know if anyone has gone through an interview for the County of Los Angeles for a technical position (such as an Oracle DBA). What types of questions do they ask you? Are they very technical questions or just general situational questions? Will they give you a computer generated test? How long was the interview and how many people did you have to meet with? How long before you find out the results?

They might ask you technical quesitons, but I'd imagine that they'd also ask a lot of questions about your willingness to work with others. A good competant DBA is hard to find. A good competant DBA who is friendly, easy to work with, and not condescending to others is a gem.
