Project Manager 5 Years experience, Currently studying with PMI. 15 Years IT Experience in Systems Analysis Living in Costa Rica, so a company sponsorship is required. Oracle Applications 6 years experience. Large (Corporate/Global) Projects Experience. Many Thanks.

You need to apply to as many companies are you can. And hope that at least one will be impressed enough to sponsor you to work in the US. You can also come to the US as a tourist, and spend time applying and interviewing with companies. Companies are more likely to sponsor you if you are already in the US and they don't have to fly you from your country
