If your daughter has no experience before working in a financial institution, they will concentrate on questions to determine your daughter's character, integrity, and honesty. They will ask a lot of behavioral questions like...How would you act if a customer gave you $110 but their deposit slip only read $11 Would you point out the mistake? (Absolutely, Yes. I would quickly point out the mistake and, in doing so, would earn the trust and respect of the customer for the bank) What if you were given a note that your station was being robbed? What do you think is the most important way of acting. (Tell them you would stay calm and follow what you learned in training). She will be asked a lot of questions to determine if she is mature, honest, and trustworthy. Remember, she will be dealing with a lot of money and they will want to see if she can do so honestly. If she has experience before, they will ask her how she handled her job and ask her to give examples of times when her honesty was at stake or how she handled difficult times. She will also be asked to give references and examples of her good character.

Have you ever held a "positon of trust"? They mean have you ever had a job dealing with money or high end items. Have you ever been bonded? How do you deal with stressful situations? Have you ever worked with the public?

When you go for a job interview, I think a good thing to ask is if they ever press charges.
