i have done rtail sales for more then 18 years im 40 please tell me why its so hard to get back in to it im working for the p.a.l of you york

I hate to say it, but there are two problems, one you can fix easily and one you can't. The problem you can't fix is being 40. The problem you can fix is your grammar: "i have done rtail sales for more then 18 years im 40". If I was sorting through 100 job applications I would reject yours instantly because that bit I've quoted says, "I am lazy".
