There is a job in wyoming as a coal miner that pays 100000 a year?

Supposedly, It was on one of the nighttime news shows last week... one one of the major channels.ABC, NBC, or CBS.. i've looked everywhere and Cannot seem to find this info anywhere :(

Oh yeah! I worked in the oilfields here in Wyoming last year and returned to college to get my degree. When I graduate I am going to the coal mines. According to link I posted the average wage is $64,000 with $18,000 in benifits. Remember this is average so there are quite a few either lower or HIGHER. These jobs are relatively same because they are strip mines. You don't have to go into an actual mine. Check the Gillette area if you want a job. You should be able to find the Wyoming Employment Center's Gillette office online.

i don't think they coal mine in wyoming but why don't u google coal mining jobs and see what pops up.

Find out from job consultants in the area, if that suits you. You can also find out from relevant Government offices (through proper channel).

Yes there is, the coal miner that makes this kind of money has a Masters degree in Environmental Geology/Geohydrology. The starting salary is about $80,000.

Powder River Coal Company is where you want to start...I am relocation to Casper and did look into Gillette but found that Casper had more to offer as far as living arangements...Gillette has more Jobs from what I can tell...
