How much does a supervisor in northern California make hourly, in a production company.

There is a range. For the state of CA it would range from $17.50 up to $24.00 max per hour. We try to avoid hiring at the top of the range in order to allow "career growth". In other words, you will "top out" and not get anymore increases. Then you'll leave the company, causing costly turnover.

Not sure hourly, but in Indiana my supervisor makes $76,000/year, but he works 55-60 hrs a week.
