How can I work for a property manager?

The commercial office building side is much better than residential. There is money to be made. Contact your local Building Owners and Managers Assoc. (BOMA) and they can guide you in the things you will need to get such a position. It is not difficult to get a ground level position in this type of career and it offers considerable future potential.

I work for a Real Estate Company that also does property management. It is a good field to get into but you deal with all the problems with the tenant, towns etc and it could turn into being a major head ache. But If it is something that your really into and you have the time and energy to put in it I would try it out It is a good learning experiance.
