Whats the best way to find call centers or customer service jobs in my area?

My sister is doing customer service work for a telemarketing place located on the northen half of our state and I am looking for similar work. I am located in Charleston, WV. I am looking for something along the lines of customer service rep or other things in that area but I don't know where to start.
