with a BS in cell & molecular and biotech - what salary can i expect for my first job working in a lab?

I'm almost done with my BS in cell & molecular biology and minor in biotechnology and so far i have 6 month experience working in a lab. what salary can i expect for my first real job doing research in a lab like genentech or something? ~thanks~any other thoughts/opinions would be appreciated!
