How hard is it to find a job as a recently graduated Industrial Engineer in Canada?

I have no experience. I speak English, French, Spanish and Romanian all 100%

I would think it would be very easy - With the language benefits try targetting a large company like UMA that do projects around the world. All professions also have a time where you might not be paid a lot while you get some experience - consider getting into a specialized field

apply there not sure on how hard it can be but they are an engineering firm

I think it would be very easy. Check out the Alberta Oilsands as they are desperate for people. Syncrude is the company to look at first then go from there.
