Who is responsible for the cleaning of vomit in a place of employment?

As far as OSHA regulations are concerned. Isn't there a person that is supposed to be biohazard trained or certified? The company can't make any employee they want cleanup biohazards such as vomit could they?

Following OSHA regulations a employer must in-service the cleaning people before they start to work and every year thereafter, although vomit is not a chemical or a corrosive could be contagious and therefore trained people normally handle it, the cleaning crew is the answer..☺
