What is the job description of an account manager/executive in an ad agency?

I'm planning to apply as an account manager/exectutive in an advertising agency. i would just like to know in full detail what this job entails.

If you don't know what it is, you don't really fit the job eh? You would be the "contact" for the agency for clients that hire them for services. You would discuss their advertising needs, objectives, budget etc.. and help with the advertising development with the team. A Manager and Executive are usually a little different.
