How much do pharmacy technicians make per hour in Portland, OR?

I am planning on moving to Portland, OR soon for school. I've been a pharmacy technician in a Mississippi hospital for five years now and am making $12 an hour. I assume I would have started out there at about what it has taken me five years to make here. I mean, I have been giving classes on proper aseptic technique and have had to train pharmacy students IV preparation. I don't think I am making nearly what I could elsewhere. I will not turn this into a resume. I just want to know what I should expect to earn in Portland while working on my degree.
