Is confidentiality agreement valid if I signed it as a Customer Service Rep. and left as Marketing Manager?

I signed confidentiality agreement with my previous employer working as a Customer Service Rep., then I was promoted to Marketing Manager position and never signed any contract or any new agreement with the company! Is my confidentiality agreement valid after I was fired by them as a Marketing Manager?

Usually when a company has you sign a confidentiality agreement, it is considered valid even if you change positions. The agreement would still be valid even after being fired.

Of course it's still valid. It doesn't matter what position you were when you signed it, a confidentiality agreement doen't get nullified with promotion.
