How can I find an excellent sales representative for my business?

I'm located in Macon, GA. I have a great little company. But everyone who applies has no sales experience, or just retail experience. I want someone who is enthusiastic, hard working, friendly, and who can call on local businesses.

Try and "recruit," someone who calls on your business. The problem is most reps with experience won't leave their current job. After a few years a good salesperson can get most of his income from repeat customers and referrals from satisfied customers so he doesn't have to work as hard. Talk to everyone about your problem, your barber might mention your situation to a great rep who is looking for a change of some sort. Good Luck.

Maybe your standard is yourself, and no one can come close to you. try giving someone a chanch and you might be supprised.

you want to look for a person with experence and know how in the feald you dont want to look for a roocky or a freshy right out of school look for some one with ate leest 5_6 years under their belt
