Do you have any suggestions for a funny employees recognition night?

We have an employee who is extremely hardworking, works late into the night, and never complains. Another one is so quiet you'll hardly notice her presence. One employee does not charge overtime. Another one must have several types of junk food on her desk.

Yes. Prepare a poem, outlining these particular and funny work habits. One stanza for each employee. Then line up several other employees - each to read one stanza of the poem. We did this one time & it was very successful.

Have everyone bring junk food...dress up like that person...hold the broom and mop if that's what they do.

I just can't understand what you're talking about....each of us has his/her own way of doing things...each of us has his/her own personality...I do not see anything funny on any of your examples....
