Salary is always dependant on the size of the business and the economical situation in the industry.
As this is a Doctors office, and that particularly industry is usually always doing well, i would expect a person in that field to be making 32-39 k annually.
This is of course dependant if there is actual people to supervise. If it's a role with no one to supervise, and the Manager aspect of the title reffers to general administrative activities and not overseeing people, you may take away 5-8 k from my original projection.

The really depends on a lot of things. The size of your office, the volume, your responsibilities, etc. I recommend going to http://www.salary.com and finding the job title that most suits your position (look for a matching description, not title). This will be more accurate than any answer you will get here.
