What department name could you use to describe IT Training and Word Processing?

I am drawing a blank and need to come up with a name for a department that is being reorganized. We have an IT Trainer that will now also be combined with our Word Processing department. Our Word Processing department types Word Documents, creates certificates, helps with Access queries, Excel questions, etc. When the IT Trainer is away from her desk in training the old Word Processing department will help to answer "how to" questions once they are out of training. One name I have come up with is "Training and Development" since they will be creating documents, queries, spreadsheets, etc. Is there a better name because I am afraid the development sounds more like software development. What other names can you come up with for that department or what are other that your training departments use? Thanks in advance.
