Tips for a second interview in the human services field?

I go for my second interview tomorrow in a human services field. I've done tons of research on the organization, have additional questions for them, and although I haven't picked my outfit yet, it will be something classic and professional. What else? I'm in love with the organization and what they do and really want this job!

You just answered your own question. More people get the job they want, even if they don't have the experience or skill for it , by showing enthusiasm. You said " I'm in love with the organization and what they do" Those words you just spoke , should be included in your second interview. Let them know how excited you are with the company,. and I can almost guarantee , you'll land the job. Show confidence and excitement.
