1st year brick and stone mason apprentice wages?

How much should a 1st year brick and stone mason earn that: -can lay 1000 bricks on a good day -can brick a house from start to finish with no supervision -can do professional stone work -very clean and professional work, learned from the best -not union I'm asking because I think I'm getting ripped off by my boss and I dont know anyone I can ask that doesnt know my boss.

Here is Spain where everything is built from masonry, the going rate is about 20 euros/hour. A lot paid under the table too (so tax free). Lots of building going on here and masons are in strong demand. They do great, beautiful work here.
