You can't make $100,000 working for someone, unless you are a manager. The only way I can think of to do this is to develop and run your own business. If you are good at it, people will find you. For instance, a top flight auto mechanic can earn $100,000 a year, but will make only $60,000 working for an agency. He has to have the confidence to go start his own company, and 80% of those businesses fail within 5 years. The best advice on how to earn $100,000? Go to college, get a degree, and do something you love.

Going "On Average" none. There are some Skilled trades people that make in excess of $100,000 but to do that requires lots of overtime.

This field might not be considered blue collar, but you don't need a college degree for a : registered representative, aka securities broker, aka stock broker. You just have to study and pass the Sereies 7 Exam. I did it in 1996. PS: I believe the average salary is above 150,000. Good Luck!
