what do they test for. blood work? drug test?

They will likely send you to a physician for a physical, to exclude the possibility that you have high blood pressure, back problems, arthritis in your knees, or other medical problems which will make it difficult for you to perform the necessary tasks. There may also be a "whiz quiz", but I think what they're talking about is more comprehensive than that. It's not uncommon for jobs that require physical activity.
