How can I hire a freelance graphic designer who is in Spain?

My firm would like to hire a freelance designer who is in Spain. Does anyone know what we need to do to set this up? We can pay him through Paypal.

Lots o graphic designers you may find in jurgita.com so i dont think there would be a problem to hire one :) Also there you will be able to contact them in private or discuss needed questions in designer forum. All that is free :) Good luck :)
