Best Answer:
* What is a typical day for a person in this job? Typcal week? Typical month? Year? * What is the most important quality (or skill) of the person who does this job? * What happened to the last person who did this job? * How many people have held this job in the last 5 years? * How many people in this group (or office) have joined in the last year? * How do you define (or measure) "success" here? * Does this organization promote from within? * Why do people typically leave? * Where do people typically come from (looking for a company name or school that will help you understand the "culture" of the organization)? At the end of the interview, be sure to ask the following questions: * May I have your business card (so you can write a personal thank you note - or e-mail - afterwards)? * What do you anticipate the next steps in the process will be? * May I stay in touch with you regarding this job? To make the best impression, it's best NOT to ask about salary, benefits, and vacation until you have an offer. Ask questions based on your preparation and your interest in the job.

Make sure you are asking questions that show you have an interest in the job. For instance, I came to an interview prepared with a lot of questions and as the employer talked about aspects of the job, I crossed that question off of my list,. At the end, I only had about 3 remaining questions and was moved into the 2nd round of job interviews.

Firs, you need to do a little research on the company. Find out what they do and what are they about. When you go in for the interview you can ask about the stuff that you read regarding the company. And try to expand on it. At least they will see that you took the time to research about them. Good luck

If you are mock-interviewing with the hiring manager then ask questions about the job, the desired qualities and the challenges of the position. If you are mock-interviewing with human resources ask about the company and the department for which they are interviewing. If you are mock-interviewing with management, ask about the industry and future projections. (This can be your chance to show your knowledge about the company, job, future of the industry!) Why is this position available? What qualities would make a person successful in this position? Where do you see the future of the company going? Would you mind telling me about how your career got you to this point? Why do you like working here? DO not ask about salary or benefits!

Reason of hiring you in this position? why do you want to work here? introduce more abt yourself? reason for leaving your previous company? tell me your ability and skills. What training have you received that qualifies you for this job? What additional training will we have to provide for you if we hire you? How does your experience and education qualify you for this job? etc.....
