Which studies would advance my career in quality control production?

What areas of study would benefit my career in a production/office environment? Right now I am in quality control, and would like to further my education, to move up to a supervisor, etc. It is a reproducing and techinical work site, if that helps with the question. Would it be business studies or ??

Maybe some type of management class. I'm not quite clear on what it is you are monitoring the quality control of. Maybe ask your supervisor what kind of training they have.
