I am in the process of negotiating rates to write content articles. What is a good rate to charge?

Its a Veterinarian office in California. Extensive research, using keywords, wants to sell products, they would keep all rights. Background is in writing and I've written many other content articles successfully. Before I was a freelance contractor and this time I was offered the position of a full time writer.
