Help me find a job in geology?

O.K., I graduated with a B.Sc. in Biology and Geology. Never could I have imagined how difficult it would be to find a job. It seems that everywhere I look I need a graduate degree and a lifetime of experience. I've been out of school now six years, and I'm sick of sales I want a job in my field of study. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Cheers,
