I"m going to recommend automotive technician. Computers are practically disposable now, hardly anyone gets them fixed.
Cars, on the other hand, will be with us for a long time.
Therefore, there will be a stronger more long lasting demand for automotive technicians.
Oh,and even though you didn't ask, don't even think about programming unless you've been writing viruses and hacking since you were 5 yrs old. Any job that requires nothing but a keyboard and monitor will be outsourced in 5 yrs.

I would say automotive technician, since that can never be outsourced, as far as performing the actual repairs. PC repair can be learned by any high-school, or college kid, so there's not a big future in it, especially as PCs get more and more integrated. From a career growth, and job availability standpoint, automotive techs are in much more demand since it requires a much more technically minded person than in years past. I'd definitely go the automotive route. Now, if you wish to pursue computer programming, you will eventually make a lot more money, but you always have the risk that your job will be outsourced to save money. If you go into programming, and find a job, make sure you carve out a specialized niche, so that its tougher to outsource what you do. Computer repair tech: don't waste your time, since it will be very hard to make a good living, and even if you get to were you make a decent wage, your always in danger of them outsourcing to a tech firm that only pays their techs $12 an hour. Stay away from the PC tech fields. If you want to get into the computer field: stick with software engineering and programming. Otherwise, go the automotive route.
