Director of maintenance and head pilot requirements also where the documentations for these can be found?

I am looking for the minimum requirements that the FAA requires for a person to be a director of maintenace for a helicoptor opperation. I also would like to know what the requirements are to be the head pilot of the same opperation. I know the FAA has minimum requirements but when I tried to seach thier site I got no where so if you can tell me where these requirements are documentented I would be very greatful.. Thank you for your time.

Not sure about the requirements for the maintenance side, but the pilot requirements are located at FAR 135.243. Hope this helps!
