I can tell you this from experience. If you can not handle answering a call, resolving the call, and picking up another call within a 1-2 minute window for 8 hours straight, Don't bother. A call center position is very stressful and tedious. No amount of money or benefits will help you if you cannot handle sitting still with a headset glued to your ear for 40 hours a week

It is all relative. What are you willing to tolerate and what are you getting now?
