Never in all my yrs managing properties have I been chrged per sq. ft for cleaning. How about u ck the place out and give a flat rate, easy enough u can always call other cleaning companies and ask how much they would chrg u to clean ur office, they dont know who u r and that will give u a good idea of the going rate, remember dRS OFFICES should be a general routine, not like cleaning apts u dont know whats next!
