How many companies in Australia offer over the government legislated 9% Superannuation?
Asked by Shanellekari
I am just curious, in this day and age where the job market is so competitive, what employee benefits are companies offering? Such as paid maternity leave, additional superannuation contributions, on site childcare, corporate gym memberships etc I know that Microsoft offer 15% Superannuation to their staff, as a means of aiding retention. Is there anyone else? The government will match super contributions for low income earners, $ for $. I'd be very interested to know what the percentage is of Australian employers who offer over and above what is required of them.
