DEPENDS IN WHICH STATE U LIVE IN....IF ITS A UNION COMPANY OR NOT......THERE IS DEMANDS IN SOME STATES BUT OVER AGAIN ITS WHERE U LIVE.....QUALIFACATIONS A FEW YEARS EXPERIENCE AND KNOW WHAT U ARE DOING IN THE PROFESSION U R APPLING FOR.......THERE ARE ALOT OF DIFFERENT TRADES

1) I believe anywhere from $15-$60/hour or maybe more 2)I don't know, but judging by how frequently they raze land and prepare it for building where I live, a lot. 3)Experience, and possibly a commercial driver's license

well it depends on what you do in the career. if there are many different positions the higher of authority will get payed more and less of authority will get payed less.
