Does anyone have connections for water treatment operator jobs in foreign countries other than USA?

I dont have "connections", but I can tell you that the reserves in NorthWestern/Northern Ontario hire operators approx. ever 4 months or so. I am not sure why, but the opennings are there frequently. Keep an eye on this site: http://jobbank.gc.ca/Search_en.aspx?ProvId=06&Student=No Under Thunder Bay and area, Kenora and area and others. That is where I have seen them.
