What do you think are the day to day responsibilities of a Retail Manager?

Keeping drama out of the store...Keeping track of what is selling and what is not...Keeping your stock up and making sure people are doing their jobs right and well...Keeping track of the hours you give out so you don't go over what you have to give out...Making sure people keep the store clean and that you have things in the right places, meaning shoes that look nice with a pair jeans next to each other so people buy both and you just made two sales not one...I have been a lead before so if you want some more help just e-mail me...
