Is it possible to become a dental assistant by earning a degree on-line?

I recently graduated high school and have lived on my own since i was 17. I am interested in becomeing a dental assistant and would like to learn more about the process. Is it possible to take the classes online?Average cost? I must support myself so it is very difficult to work and go to school. Any other careers i could look into? Any information would be very appreciated.

There are many colleges offer correspondence courses for this. All you need to do is just attend the practical sessions.
