How can I legalize my employees?

My warehouse is operated by many whom do not have legal status in the United States. I have been notified through a federal liason that checks will be performed on their status. These are unskilled (forklift drivers etc.) workers,other than company sponsorship, are there other avenues I can persue? Please- educated answers only.

Yes. Deport them to their home country. YOU should be fined and jailed for your actions. It is employers like you that are part of the problem in this country.

I don't know if you can do that, but have you checked with the department of labor, they might now a little more.
