Where can I find a grant writer in south Texas?

I'm looking for a grant writer who has experience in agricultural grants for women in 'disadvantaged' or 'economically depressed' areas near San Antonio. As far as I know, there is no published directory or legitimate website, and I don't want to 'hire' someone online that might rip us off.

However, interview them and screen them to make sure that they have the background and expertise your organization needs.
