What are the responsibilities of Asssistant Manager , Operations in Private banks like ICICI Bank,HDFC Bank?

I want to know more about responsibilities of AM1 at ICICI bank. Also,What is the in-hand Salary? and, is there any revision likely in the salary, in comig months?
