What is the best way to break into Pharmaceutical Sales?

I have been in sales for 5 years now with one year experience in Outside Sales. I have been very successfull and have a great brag book to show my success. I would like to break into the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sales field. Any suggestions on the best way to do this? Anybody out there need a good referrall for your company? I would be great!

My brother is a pharma sales rep, and he had just 3 years experience before signing with Lilly, and he had no contacts. You just need a stellar resume and cover letter to get you in the door and be able to get through the grueling interview process. From what I understand, it's pretty intense.

You need a college degree in biology, chemistry, or nursing

You just need to be really attractive. Sales skills and training are irrelevant in Pharmaceutical sales.
