Any tips on how to become or what I should do to become a psychologist?
Asked by Delicious Davey
People often tell me I should become a psychologist when I'm older. Well I start college next year, and am still deciding on what I want to be and psychology might be an option. Anybody with any information on the path it takes to become one is welcome to reply. Thanks!

If you want to become a psychologist, first start off by getting your bachelors degree. You can't be a licensed psychologist with just a bachelors degree, you will need to get a masters or doctor's degree. With a masters degree you can be a psychologists while working under the supervision of a doctor level psychologist. With a doctor's degree you don't need to work under anyone. When getting your bachelors degree be sure to talk with your adviser as they can recommend the best classes to take to best prepare and increase your chances of being accepted to a graduate school.
