I was wondering how can you get your professional horse trainers license? Also, if anyone might know, what websites hold any kind of information about the subject?

If you're talking about becoming a professional show-and-pleasure horse trainer her in the USA, all you need to do is put up your shingle and you're in business. There are no licensing requirements to become a show trainer or to train pleasure horses. To train racehorses, you need to be licensed in the jurisdiction in which you wish to train. You will need to contact the State Racing Commission to find out the specific licensing requirements. You have to pass a test, you have to be fingerprinted, you are investigated to assure that you do not have a criminal history or any obvious connection with any criminal elements, and that you have sufficient financial stability to make it unlikely that you could be paid to fix races. This is the California State Horseracing Board website: http://www.chrb.ca.gov/index.htm This is a website that offers help in passing the Trainer's licensing test: http://www.horseinfo.com/cart/trtest.html Good luck.
