What is a maintenance tech with vast knowledge & an E.P.A universal certification worth in todays job market?

I am a maintenance tech at an appartment complex. I am curently training a new supervisor that gets a free app. and aprox 16$ hr. I am the go to guy for the maintenance dept. If it can happen, I've seen it, and fixed it. I even have photos to verify my capabilities. I am E.P.A. universal certified in HVACR and make 12$ hr. What am I really worth?

you should've gotten the supervisor job. Without an apartment, at least 18 an hour. p.s. you don't need photos to verify your capability.
