working for a distribution company as "office manager" what are the duties of this position?

I currently work for a "Distribution" company and is a start up business. My job descriptions are "Office Manager" and "Sales Representative" I am trying to create an overview of each job and its general duties. Where would I find a check list or something to compare my list's to and also find other ideas or more detailed descriptions of both these positions?

Most of the major on-line job boards (Monster, HotJobs, Career Builder, etc.) have an area where you can browse job descriptions for common job titles. However, bear in mind that these are generalized job descriptions and won't be 100% applicable to every job carrying a specific job title, let alone your job. If nothing else, it can give you a ballpark idea of what duties can fall under a particular job title.
