I've finealy got back to reality and back to work, my last job was at a hotel as a recptionist, that job was a new way of life to me not just a job and i truely loved the job. but it onlt lasted 3months , now im having trouble getting another job in same line of work as the only experiance i have was that 3months. i've done voluntary work in other places to build up my cv but still finding it hard to get another job.

Make sure your IT and other office skills are up to scratch.
If you are claiming JSA then you should be able to attend training courses free of charge that should really help you build up your confidence and your skills.
Speak to your local adult education, FE college or the job centre. You'll need to be able to use applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook well and know your way around a computer keyboard like an expert.
Secondly, make yourself feel more confident by paying particular attention to your appearance. Sounds corny and shallow but employers are a very conservative bunch on the whole and they want to see someone who looks the part.
Make sure your CV looks truly professional. You need to make sure there are no spelling mistakes and that it is laid out well. You can ask for help on this from the Job Centre too. Smll hint - there are lots of spelling mistakes in your question.
Have you considered temping? The experience you get via temporary contacts will really hellp you build up your CV. One thing to be aware of is that as a temp you are expected to get in there and do the job in a professional way. If you let an agency down by failing to turn up for a job or quitting half-way through they will seldom give you a second chance.
You'll need to demonstrate to the agency that you are reliable, well presented and professional in your attitude. In return you'll be rewarded with experience that will help you find the job you're really after.
Put your past problems behind you - you've overcome a lot and can now move on with confidence. Good luck and keep at it, you'll get there!

Well a good office job requires the skill of spelling correctly and speaking proper english. . in most cases that is. Use the check spelling tool and proof read your freaking questions before you post them. Hopefully your resume isnt like this, then you couldn't get a job anywhere. I'll offer whatever help I can give you, but try the little details.

go online to some job search engines and find yourself a office job. you dont need a degree to do data entry, filing, clerical stuff. of course u may have to start at the bottom and work your way up like everyone else. dont pay any attention to TJ.
