Does anyone know where an adult with high functioning autism can find a job in Vancouver, BC?

This person has had culinary training and has worked part time as a prep cook. Is there an agency in this city that provides supported employment? If anyone knows anything, please, please help and thank you.

Hello, I live in Calgary. Alberta and have a 24 year old daughter with Asperger's Syndrome. She is considered high functioning, but has a difficult time with many simple things. We went through an organization called Champions of Work, and they placed her in a job that the government pays half of her wages for. She was assigned a mentor who helped her get the job and checks in on her all the time to see how she is doing. They only place these people with employer's who are willing to work with those who are afflicted, and they are excellent with guiding and mentoring her. She has been working for 2 1/2 years now and has gained a great deal of confidence. Hope this helps!
